Standard Delivery InformationA|wear have recently changed postal carriers and all parcel delivery is going out as per the delivery times below. We are currently experiencing some overseas returns issues as a result of our DC closure last month. Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Delivery (2 - 3 working days)
An Post is our Irish delivery service. They deliver Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.
Our Northern Ireland deliveries are managed by An Post and Express Parcels.
We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. For Bank holidays please allow an extra day for delivery for Standard and Express orders.
PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Postage & packing for all Republic of Ireland standard deliveries is a standard charge of €3.95. We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel. We endeavour to deliver next working day. Deliveries to the Arran Islands will take a day longer.
UK Delivery (3 - 5 working days)
An Post and Fedex are our UK delivery partners.
PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Postage & packing for all UK standard deliveries is a standard charge of £3.95. We will only charge your postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel. We endeavor to deliver within 2-3 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channels islands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man will take a day longer.
European Delivery (5 - 6 working days)
Our EU deliveries are managed by An Post and Fedex are their delivery partners. Different arrangements exist within each country but generally deliveries will take an average of 5 and a maximum of 6 working days. International deliveries require a signature so someone must be available to sign for the parcel. All deliveries must to be the same address as the customer billing address for international deliveries.
Postage & packing for all European delivery is a standard charge of €7.50. We will only charge one postage fee per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
Please note that returns are at the customers own cost. The return is the responsibility of the customer, not A|wear. In the event that your return is delayed coming back to us we will accept a proof of postage. Please ask for a proof of postage from your local post office.
US & Australia International Delivery (8 - 10 working days)
Our international deliveries are managed by An Post and Fedex are their delivery partners. Different arrangements exist within each country but generally deliveries will take an average of 8 and a maximum of 10 working days. International deliveries require a signature so someone must be available to sign for the parcel. All deliveries must to be the same address as the customer billing address for international deliveries.Postage & packing for US & Australia is €10. We will only charge one postage fee per order, even if we send more than one parcel. Please note that outside of the EU customers may be liable for local import duties on order worth more than $200 in the USA and Aus$1,000 in Australia.
