In order to receive a full refund on our ‘Footwear’, the Footwear must be sent back to us within our 14 day time frame and in the original condition. The Footwear if returned, should be accompanied by the original shoebox. We need the accompanying shoe box in order to resell the shoes as well as all stickers present on the footwear should also still remain in place if you wish to return them. This is also required in order to resell the shoes.Returns of Footwear cannot be made to any store other than those that stock the footwear, the following stores are: Dundrum, Henry Street, Grafton Street, Patrick Street, Waterford and Castlebar.Any footwear that is soiled and/or damaged including damage caused due to washing suede shoes or lack of care or scrapes to toes, body or sole of the shoe from wear will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address. Important: We will not refund lost parcels unless you can produce proof of postage. The items ordered are yours until we receive them so please keep your proof of postage in a safe place until your account has been credited with your return.
Customers are permitted to return the bikini or swimsuit only if the hygiene strip is intact on the briefs of either swimsuit/bikini within our 14 days policy. Web purchases of Swimwear can only be returned to the webstore or the following stores that stock swimwear are Grafton Street, Henry Street, Galway, Swords, and Wexford.
Returns to store
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that you take your invoice docket and dispatch confirmation email and with you as your proof of purchase. Without this document the return cannot be processed in store .
You must also provide the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.
Orders paid for using PayPal cannot be returned store.
You may return sale items to an A|wear sore where you can receive an exchange or a Gift Card. In order to receive a full refund on online sale items you must return them to the A|wear Web Store within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Boutique brands returns
Acappella 'Secret Weekend' collection incl. Secret Weekend and Roshi follow standard online returns procedure by post but in-store returns can only be returned to the following shops that stock this brand - A|wear Dundrum, A|wear Grafton St, A|wear Henry St, Dublin. A|wear Patrick St, Cork or A|wear, Galway.Hallet 'Jasmine, Closet and Little Mistress' Collection can only be returned to another A|wear store stocking Hallet Retail. Tralee, Bangor, Omagh, Lisburn and Omni are the only stores that do not stock Hallet. Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. Without this document the return cannot be processed in store.You must also provide the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online. Returning goods bought through a special offfer
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 2 for £20.00’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
Refund & exchange policy for items bought in an A|Wear store
We are happy to exchange or refund any items within 14 days of purchase provided that they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original method of payment. For combination offers you must return any free items for us to process the refund.We do not refund on sale or reduced items. For sale items returned in their original condition and with an original receipt and within 14 days, we offer an exchange for alternative items or gift card at the purchase price.We do not refund items with gift receipts; we can offer an exchange for another item or for a gift card providing it is within 14 days of its original purchase date.For the benefit of our customers and for reasons of hygiene we regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any items of jewellery or hosiery.We are pleased to offer this in addition to you statutory rights.
Exchanges by post
We now provide exchanges through post for our online customers, our return policy is still the same and we guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Note: Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded or Exchanged and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.We cannot guarantee that we can always provide exchanges due to stock availability but you will be refunded and notified by email@example.com if your exchange cannot be processed. There are no additional charges added for exchanges but we can only exchange items that are of the same product for a different size.Please see your invoice that you receive with your order for more details in how to process an exchange.There are no additional charges added for exchanges but we can only exchange items that are of the same product for a different size orcolour only.We are unable to offer exchanges to our international customers, we can only offer refunds. International returns by post
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address. Note: Soiled includes the excessive odour of perfume and smoke.In order to receive a full refund the items must be posted back to the web store within 14 days using the return form on the invoice. All price and ‘do not remove’ tags must still be attached to the item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hair accessories or hosiery unless the item is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.International postal returns are to be made at the customers own cost and we recommend proof of postage is obtained. Where proof of postage is obtained we will still offer a full refund if items are lost in transit, without it awear cannot be held liable. Please ensure you put the appropriate postage onto your returns parcel to enable us to receive it within the 14 day returns period. We do not offer exchanges on International deliveries.Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.
