Returns Policy

RETURNS ARE FREE.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.

Note: Solied includes the excesssive odour of perfume and smoke.

All items bought in Sale must be returned within 7 days

In order to receive a full refund on sale items purchased from our web store the items must be posted back to the Webstore within 7 days. Alternatively you may obtain an exchange or gift card by returning the items to any of our A|wear stores within 7 days. Please see Returns Post below for more information.

All price and ‘do not remove’ tags must still be attached to the item.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hair accessories or hosiery unless the item is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Returns to Store

Any order placed in euros can be returned to any A|wear store in Eire.

Any order placed in sterling can be returned to any A|wear store in Northern Ireland and the UK.

Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. Without this document the return cannot be processed in store.

You must also provide the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit/debit card.

Please note that you can not return to any concession or debenham stores.

Orders paid for using PayPal cannot be returned store.

Returns by Post

UK and Republic of Ireland customers can return items by post.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all price and 'do not remove' tags still attached.

Follow the instructions detailed on the reverse of the despatch note to complete your return. Take the parcel your nearest Post Office and obtain proof of postage for you order.

We aim to refund your credit/debit card within 14 days of the return being posted,

We are unable to exchange an item through returning by post but it may be possible to do this in one of our stores, depending on product availability.

Important: We will not refund lost parcels unless you can produce the proof of postage. The items ordered are yours until we receive them so please keep your proof of postage in a safe place until your account has been credited with your return.

Returning Goods bought as a special offer

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

Refund and Exchange Policy for items purchased in A|wear stores

We are happy to exchange or refund any items within 1 month of purchase provided that they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original method of payment. For combination offers you must return any free items for us to process the refund.

We do not refund on sale or reduced items. For sale items returned in their original condition and with an original receipt and within 1 month, we offer an exchange for alternative items or gift card at the purchase price.

We do not refund items with gift receipts; we can offer an exchange for another item or for a gift card providing it is within 1 month of its original purchase date.

For the benefit of our customers and for reasons of hygiene we regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any items of jewellery or hosiery.

We are pleased to offer this in addition to you statutory rights.
