Delivery Information

Deliveries can be made to Republic of Ireland, UK, Australia, USA, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Portugal.

Standard Delivery Information

Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery (2-3 working days)

Target Express is our Irish courier service.They deliver Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.
We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. For Bank holidays please allow an extra day for delivery for Standard and Express orders.
If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver then they will attempt to deliver the following day. If after 2 attempts the delivery has still not been made you will be able to collect your order from the local courier depot within 5 days. After this time, your order will be returned back to our main depot where a refund will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries.
Postage & packing for all Republic of Ireland standard deliveries is a standard charge of €3.50. We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel. We endeavor to deliver within 3-4 working days. Deliveries to the Arran Islands will take a day longer and must be collected from the ferry port.

UK Standard Delivery (3-4 working days)

Royal Mail is our UK courier service. They deliver Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Our Royal Mail service will only attempt delivery to our customers twice; a card will also be left at each attempt. After two failed attempts your order will then be sent back to your local Post Office and will be left there for collection by the customer for up to 5 working days. If the parcel is not collected by then your order will be returned back to our main depot where a refund will then be issued.

Postage & packing for all UK standard deliveries is a standard charge of £3.95. We will only charge your postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel. We endeavor to deliver within 3-4 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channels islands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man will take a day longer. Deliveries to the Scottish Islands must be collected from the ferry port.

International Standard Delivery (up to 10 working days)

Our international deliveries are managed by Royal Mail and their in country partners. Different arrangements exist within each country but generally deliveries will take an average of 5 and a maximum of 10 working days. Deliveries will be attempted Mondays to Saturdays 8.30am to 5.30pm. International deliveries require a signature so someone must be available to sign for the parcel otherwise a card will be left and the item will need to be collected from a local post office.  All deliveries must to be the same address as the customer billing address for international deliveries.
Postage & packing for all European delivery is a standard charge of €7.50 & for the rest of the world (Australia and USA) €10. We will only charge one postage fee per order, even if we send more than one parcel. Please note that outside of the EU customers may be liable for local import duties on order worth more than $200 in the USA and Aus$1,000 in Australia
Please note that returns are the the customers own cost and proof of postage is required for international deliveries.
